Relationship Therapy: Increase the quality of your relationship, improve communication, and work through crises. Relationship therapy sessions are appropriate for partners in a romantic relationship as well as immediate family relationships. In some cases this treatment modality is effective for business partners as well. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Dialectical Behavioral Group Therapy: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that teaches individuals and family members affected by Borderline Personality Disorder skills to improve emotion regulation, impulse control, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT groups run during the academic semester.
